BMU: JULY IN RETROSPECT

The following are the activities and events that crowned the month of July in the Bayelsa Medical University:

Week One:

Bayelsa Medical University strengthened Research capacity through a Three-Day Grantsmanship and Mentorship Workshop.

Week Two:

Bayelsa Medical University welcomed members of the House Committee on Education of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly on a courtesy visit 

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Sampou Campus, Professor Godwill Ziriki, held a maiden meeting with newly deployed staff at the Sampou Campus 

Bayelsa Medical University achieved a significant milestone as it was officially granted full membership of the Consortium of Medical Schools – Africa (COMS-A).

Week Three:

Bayelsa Medical University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dimie Ogoina presented a keynote address at NDU Research workshop 

Bayelsa Medical University hosted a capacity-building initiative for administrative officers and secretaries 

Bayelsa Medical University hosted ASUU NEC, Visitation and Mobilization Team for a courtesy visit.
