Barr. Dr. Lawrence Ewrudjakpo, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State. Your Excellency, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Management, staff, and students of Bayelsa Medical University, I extend my profound condolences to you, the Government Bayelsa State, the Ewrudjakpo family of Ofoni and the people of Bayelsa State on this tragic loss of Barr. Dr. Lawrence Ewrudjakpo, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State. Barr. Dr. Ewrudjakpo was your dependable ally, and a committed public servant who worked hand in hand with Your Excellency to pilot the affairs of the state with vision, courage, and uncommon dedication. His intellect, discipline, and steadfast support contributed immensely to the stability and progress recorded under your administration. This is an immeasurable loss not only to Bayelsa States but also to the country. At this moment of state and national grief, the Bayelsa Medical University stands firmly with Your Excellency, the Governor, the wife, of the late Deputy Governor- Barrister Beatrice Ewrudjakpo, his children, the entire Ewrudjakpo family, the people of Ofoni, and indeed all Bayelsans. We share in your pain and offer our solidarity, prayers, and support as you navigate this difficult period. Your Excellency, we pray that God Almighty grants you strength, comfort, and wisdom to bear this great loss, and that the soul of Barr. Dr. Lawrence Ewrudjakpo will rests in perfect peace.
